Curriculum Vitae:

Roberto Nardone is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at University "Mediterranea" of Reggio Calabria, Italy. He got his MSc in 2009 and PhD in 2013 in Computer Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, Italy. His PhD course has been funded by Ansaldo STS (Hitachi Group), a world-wide railway operator, where he worked for 1 year in RAMS assurance activities. From 2013 to 2014 he worked at Ansaldo STS, Naples, Italy, on the software tools development for RAMS assurance. From 2014 to 2018 he was a post-doc researcher at University of Naples Federico II, Italy. From 2018 he is with the University "Mediterranea" of Reggio Calabria, where he teaches mainly Software Engineering. His research interests include quantitative evaluation of non-functional properties, with a particular focus on dependability, maintainability and performability assessment and threat propagation analysis, by means of model-based and model-driven techniques. He has been involved in different EU funded research projects with both academic and industrial partners, including S2R RAILS, MBAT, CRYSTAL, ECS, MUSA, on the Dependability, Security, Privacy of Critical Embedded Systems.
