The Role of Learning in RE

Abstract: Abstract: Organizational learning plays an important role in requirements engineering (RE) —probably more than in some other software engineering subjects, as RE needs to be highly domain- or context-specific. But which organizational learning technique is the most suitable one? In this position paper, I identify a number of well-known techniques, reflect them for RE, and recommend a combination of techniques for organizational learning in RE.
