Learning from own Experience and Advices in Literature

Abstract: "A fool learns from his own mistakes, a wise person learns from the mistakes of others". The requirements engineering literature is full of Best Practices and other advices. But how to see the forest instead of the trees? This work proposes an approach for using own experience and experience of others in an integrated way for learning and reuse of process knowledge in RE.
