Aims and Scope

J.USTL - The Journal of Universal Science and Technology of Learning - was originally conceived as a sister journal of the Journal of Universal Computer Science. For administrative reasons, J.USTL was integrated into the Journal of Universal Computer Science in 2007. Articles published in J.USTL will remain publicly accessible in accordance with the open access policy of J.UCS.
