Curriculum Vitae:
Elliot J. Wood is a registered psychologist and Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Curtin’s School of Psychology, where he teaches on the Master of Organisational Psychology programme, supervises Masters and PhD research, and coordinates workplace placements for the Masters programme. His role also involves consulting to industry and conducting research within the domain of organisational psychology. Elliot J. Wood currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Management Development, the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Transnational Management Development, the Journal of Universal Science and Technology of Learning, and the Board of Country Directors of the International Management Development Association. He is also a regular reviewer for the Leadership and Organization Development Journal. In his consulting role, Elliot J. Wood works to provide psychology-related services to the indigenous people of Australia, particularly through the development of e-learning frameworks and training content. Working with this stakeholder group provides particular opportunities and challenges for the implementation of e-learning frameworks. His teaching focuses on Training Psychology - the research and practice of linking strategic training needs and trainee characteristics to available training modes such as e-learning within an organisational and consulting context.
