Curriculum Vitae:

Yungang Zhu was born in Changchun, China. He received his B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Jilin University, and was a Joint Ph.D. student in University of Trento, Italy. He was also visiting research fellow, post-doctoral fellow or visiting staff in Vienna University of Technology, Italy, Dresden University of Technology, Germany, and St. Petersburg National University of Information Technologies Mechanics and Optics, Russia, etc.

He currently is an associate professor in College of Computer Science and Technology, Jilin University. His current research interests include artificial intelligence, probabilistic graphical models, data mining, knowledge engineering, statistical machine learning, uncertainty processing, information fusion. In recent years, he has authored over twenty articles and two books, in which eight articles are published on CCF Rank B or JCR Q1/Q2 journals. He is also the recipient of natural science award of Jilin province, national commercial science and technology award of China, and the outstanding postdoctoral award of Jilin University, etc.

Dr. Zhu serves as an associate editor of the IEEE Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, he is also the reviewer of ten reputable journals such as Knowledge-Based Systems, Soft Computing, IEEE ACCESS, etc. He served as the program/organizing committee member for over ten reputable international conferences such as AAAI 19, IEEE Healthcom 18-19, KSEM 18, etc. He is the committee member of CCF Technical Committee on Computer Applications, CAAI Technical Committee on Intelligent Service, and CAAI Technical Committee on Knowledge Engineering and Distributed Intelligence.
