Doctor of Social and Economic Sciences (Ph.D); Wirtschaftsuniversitaet Wien, 1978; continued consultancy to UNESCO on ICSOPRU-project.
Technische Universitaet Wien, Assistant at Institute f. Applied Informatics 1975 - 1978. University of Texas at Austin, visiting assistant professor at Department of Computer Science 1978 - 1979; return to Technische Universitaet Wien, 1979 - 1984. Habilitation (tenure) in "Angewandte Informatik" (Applied Computer Science) at the Technische Universitaet Wien, Austria, 1982.
