Curriculum Vitae:

Ming Li received the M.S. degree in ship structural mechanics from China Ship Scientific Research Center (CSSRC), Wuxi, China, and his Ph.D. degree in computer science from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. From 1990 to 1995, he was a Researcher at CSSRC. During 1995–1999, he was with the Automation Department, Jiangnan University, China. From 2002 to 2004, he was at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore. In 2004, he joined East China Normal University, Shanghai, China, as a Professor, and division head of Communication Engineering and Information Systems. He has been the head, Institute of Systems Science, East China Normal University since 2013. He is currently a professor with Zhejiang University, China. He has published over 200 papers in international journals and international conferences, and 3 monographs in those areas. Among them, two were recognized as Top 100 Most Cited Chinese Papers Published in International Journals in 2010, and 2012, respectively. He was identified as Highly Cited Chinese Scholar by Elsevier Publishing Co. in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
