Curriculum Vitae:

David Carrington joined the Department of Computer Science in 1989. He was a Chief Investigator on several of the projects which formed the initial basis of the SVRC, and has subsequently been active in contributing to the SVRC's research leadership.

Before coming the The University of Queensland, David Carrington spent eleven years in academic work at the University of New South Wales. David Carrington has a broad range of research interests in the areas of software development and user interfaces, including techniques and tools for formal specification, refinement techniques, design methods, programming environments, techniques for software reuse, and specification-based testing methods and tools.
